Who We Arecreators and performers Snædís lilja Ingadóttir and Sigríður Ásta Olgeirsdóttir form the Group forget-me-not.
They love to work in a big studio whith freedom to run and dance around. They work through improvisation, follow their intuition and the flow when creating performances.
They come from different disciplinaries, trained in classical singing, acting and as dancers!

Sigríður Ásta
Choreographer and performerSigríður is a performer with a BA in Acting from Copenhagen International School of Performing Arts in 2020. Earlier she had studied Singing at The Reykjavík Academy of Singing and Vocal Arts as well as at The University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.
She has been prominent as a performer and creator in the independent performance scene in Iceland as well as working with international performance groups.
In 2025 Sigríður starred as Marlene Dietrich in a musical based on the life of the legend, performed in Reykjavík and she is currently starring in three TV series that are in production.
Sigríður is one of the Areowaves twenty26 artists with her piece Femme Physique by Forget-me-not.
Sigríður was nominated as „Rising star“ at the Icelandic Theatre Awards in 2025.
She has the title „Artist of the year 2025“ in Borgarbyggð municipality.
Her solo performance, Hidden, won the BNFN Award at the RVK Fringe Festival in 2023.
Choreographer and performerSnædís Lilja
Snædís has a BA in contemporary dance from the Iceland Academy of the Arts and a BA-degree in acting from Rose Bruford College in London.
Snædis has worked as a dancer, choreographer and actress since 2009 with various choreographers and directors.
She created The Seasons in collaboration with Valgerður Rúnarsdóttir and the Iceland Dance Company, premiering in the City Theatre with over 20 dancers on stage.
She has worked with Steinunn Ketilsdóttir on her ongoing research project EXPRESSIONS: the power and politics of expectations in dance, since 2017.
Snædís teaches at the Iceland Academy of the Arts. She sits on the board of the Dansatelier and Tjarnarbíó Theatre.
She is one of the Areowaves twenty26 artists with her piece Femme Physique by Forget-me-not.
Snædís has been nominated as dancer of the year at Gríman the Icelandic theatre awards 3 times.
